Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Oh My Little Pet online store (Business ID: FI33406699), operating in Finland.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
The 14-day withdrawal period starts the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods (for example, when collecting the parcel from the post office).
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a clear statement (e.g., email) before the withdrawal period expires:

Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Ordinary returns (non-defective items): the buyer is responsible for all direct costs of returning the goods.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: the seller covers the return shipping costs.
Note: If a shipment is not collected from the postal service or pick-up point within the designated collection period, the refunded amount will be reduced by both the original delivery costs and the costs of returning the goods.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting returned goods:
Full order returned: all payments, including original shipping costs, will be refunded.
Partial order returned: original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
If the returned goods have been used or handled in a way that diminishes their value beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
For items without packaging or labels, the product itself must remain intact and in good condition.
The buyer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the product.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact info@ohmylittlepet.com immediately.
Oh My Little Pet will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund in accordance with applicable law.
