These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online store operated by Oh My Little Pet (Business ID: FI33406699), owned by Erika Põldmaa, Välimerenkatu 5 B, Helsinki, Finland. By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the Oh My Little Pet online store. We sell products intended for small pets only.
3. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Please note that colors, textures, and appearance may vary slightly due to materials used and screen settings.
All products are intended for small pets only and must be used in accordance with provided instructions and common animal care practices.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are displayed in EUR.
The seller is not registered for VAT under Finnish VAT legislation as of 04.02 2026. VAT is therefore not charged on products.
Prices do not include delivery costs, which are shown separately during checkout before the order is confirmed.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4 business days of receipt.
Shipping is carried out by third-party postal or courier services. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by these services.
All delivery costs are displayed separately during checkout.
7. Delivery Not Collected
If a shipment is not collected from the postal service or pick-up point within the designated collection period, the refunded amount will be reduced by both the original delivery costs and the costs of returning the goods.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email before the withdrawal period expires.
9. Effects of Withdrawal and Returns
If you withdraw from this contract:
If you return the entire order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
If you return only part of the order, the cost of standard delivery will not be refunded.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Returned products must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale. If the value of the goods is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount from the refund.
10. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ohmylittlepet.fi.
In such cases, we will provide instructions for return or replacement. Reasonable return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be reimbursed in accordance with EU consumer law.
11. Safety Disclaimer
Animals may react differently to products. Use of any product is at your own risk.
Please regularly check textiles (including fleece and cotton), wood, and mounting elements for wear or damage, and remove the product if it becomes unsafe.
This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Oh My Little Pet and may not be used without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oh My Little Pet shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or website.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.
Consumers may submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
